Resell Rights Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ‘Resell Rights’ license to the 33 Days to Online Profits - 2005 Edition, you hereinafter agree to the following simple conditions:

1)     The Book cannot be given away for free - under any circumstances!

2)     The Book may never be auctioned-off at eBay or any other online / offline auction.

3)     You may never sell resell rights to this product.

4)     The Book cannot be included inside a membership site under any circumstances.

5)     The Book cannot be sold using unsolicited email (spam) under any circumstances.

6)  The Book cannot and may not be sold or distributed by you in printed, physical form, or on CD-ROM under any circumstances.

7)  If The Book is included as a bonus for another product, that product must have a retail price of at least $39.

Resell rights may be terminated solely at the discretion of the authors for failing to adhere to these conditions.
